Since our founding in 1988 Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company has gained a celebrated reputation among audiences for producing traditional Chinese and original contemporary dance programs for audiences in New York, New Jersey, around the country, and internationally. This year we continued to bring colorful and exciting dance performances to local communities from Brooklyn to San Antonio and to international stages in major cities like Seoul, Korea.

Among educators we are recognized nationally as providers of high quality innovative arts-in- education; Among the Chinese-American community we are as highly regarded for preserving the rich artistic traditions of Chinese Dance for contemporary audiences. We look forward to sharing our passion and commitment to dance with you.

Ticket sales and performance fees cover only 50% of our operating expenses. We rely on the generous support of individual donors like you to help us make these performances and programs for schoolchildren possible. The most important way you can help is by making a tax-deductible contribution to the Annual Fund. Gifts to the Annual Fund support all aspects of our operations, from costumes and set designs to commissioning work from musicians and renting lights. So please make your gift today.

Tribute Gifts

Gifts to the Annual Fund are a wonderful way to honor or memorialize someone. We will acknowledge your contribution with a note informing the family member or friend you designate.
